Abstract
Врожденные аномалии мюллеровых протоков приводят к неблагоприятному исходу беременности, по крайней мере, в 25% случаев. Беременность при аномальной матке может протекать без осложнений и завер шиться нормальными родами. Матка - это орган внутренней секреции с функциональным эндометрием, кото рый должен обеспечивать синхронный комплекс эндокринных, паракринных и интракринных процессов для успешного зачатия. Любое отклонение, включая анатомические аномалии, нарушит эту синхронность.
