Abstract

Despite a fairly detailed study of ovarian neoplasms, the causes of benign tumors and ovarian cysts, and, consequently, the issues of early diagnosis and prevention of the most common ovarian neoplasms remain open. According to foreign authors, surface-epithelial tumors account for 88.7% of all ovarian tumors, of which serous - 68.7%, mucinous - 8.5%, endometrioid - 6.5%, etc.
