Abstract

Врожденная атрезия наружного слухового прохода стала предметом серьезных дискуссий в литературе, поскольку она связана с серьезными эстетическими и функциональными проблемами, с которыми трудно справиться. Получение стойких результатов коррекции врожденной атрезии наружного слухового прохода остается сложной задачей в отологии. Осложнения, такие как стеноз, дренирование и ухудшение слуха, можно свести к минимуму, если придерживаться хорошо зарекомендовавших себя концепций и методов.
