Abstract

In this work, the degree of occurrence and differences in the risk factors of hyaline membranes that develop in the lungs of premature and full-term infants have been studied. As a material, according to the data of clinical and anamnestic analysis, risk factors in mothers who underwent autopsy in 2017-2021 were studied. and who were diagnosed with a hyaline membrane in the lungs in the Department of Pediatric Pathology of the RPAM. According to the results of the study, asphyxia 74.5%, aspiration of amniotic fluid 43.6%, severe labor process 45.5% are risk factors for the development of hyaline membranes in the lungs in premature babies. As the main risk factor for the appearance of hyaline membranes in the lungs of term infants, infection in the womb was 69.6%, diabetes mellitus - 59.3%. In full-term birth, it was found that the following places as a risk factor are occupied by a severe birth process (43.7%), congenital heart defects (40.6%), pulmonary hypertension (34.3%
