Abstract

В данной статье представлены результаты исследования полиморфизма A/G в гене AGTR2 в развитии преэклампсии и гестационной гипертензии. Исследования проводилась у 104 женщин основной группы и 107 женщин с физиологическим течением беременности. Представлена сравнительная характеристика между группами. Согласно нашим исследованиям полиморфизм A/G в гене AGTR2 имеет важную диагностическую роль.
