Caring for the younger generation and striving to educate healthy and well-rounded individuals is one of the distinctive features of the national character of the Uzbek people. Therefore, spiritual and educational activities are considered one of the most important areas of the work of the Department of General Hygiene and Ecology. At the Department, spiritual and educational activities are carried out continuously in accordance with an approved plan. These activities are coordinated and organized by the responsible lecturer, M.A. Sidikova.

  The professors and teaching staff of the Department conduct a range of activities among students in accordance with the approved plan for spiritual and educational work, including:

• Regularly familiarizing students with the works and speeches of President Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, as well as decrees and resolutions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers, while conducting spiritual and educational activities aimed at educating a well-rounded younger generation and developing and strengthening students’ universal human, national, and spiritual values and worldview.
• Regular organization of spiritual and educational events aimed at fostering students’ devotion to the Motherland, respect for national values, high spiritual awareness, and legal culture.
• Conducting round-table discussions, spirituality classes, meetings, and open dialogues dedicated to important dates and national holidays.
• Conducting awareness-raising activities among students on healthy lifestyles, development of reading culture, combating corruption, improving environmental awareness, and safe and effective use of the Internet.
• In cooperation with group mentors, carrying out appropriate activities related to student attendance, meaningful organization of students’ free time, and enhancement of their social engagement.
• Supporting talented students and facilitating their participation in various competitions and projects in order to develop their scientific and creative potential.
• Enhancing political and legal awareness and culture among students.
• Providing students with timely information about social, political, and cultural events taking place in the country and around the world.
• Fostering a healthy spiritual and moral environment among students.
• Organizing students’ free time in accordance with the educational institution’s areas of specialization and focus, including the establishment of various clubs and extracurricular groups.
• Strengthening cooperation with parents and organizing preventive discussions concerning students’ conduct, dress culture, and compliance with internal rules and regulations.
