Faculty history

    In accordance with the Regulation of the Rector of Samarkand State Medical University No. 249 AF dated May 25, 2023, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 421 dated July 6, 2021 “On approval of the Regulations on the organization of educational activities based on the joint educational program of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign partners", The university has a program “joint educational programs on the basis of the “Faculty of organization of joint educational activities”, the "Faculty of joint education" was created. The Faculty of Co-education is the youngest faculty among the faculties of the university and the only faculty working on joint programs. The Faculty of Joint Education, connecting Uzbekistan with South and Central Asia, and Eastern Europe, provides students with a unique opportunity to study at a higher educational institution of the highest level in the region.

    We strive to spread knowledge, in-depth research and academic skills throughout the region through our education system. The Faculty of Coeducation, whose main campus is located in Samarkand, has contracts with 26 academic departments - fundamental sciences and clinical departments in hospitals. In addition, we guarantee that our students will fully receive high-quality education and practical skills at universities on the basis of a joint program.
