The Advisory Council of Women of the Faculty of Medical Pedagogy, Higher Nursing and Traditional Medicine of Samarkand State Medical University held a meeting "Guarantee of women's rights as a priority direction of state policy".

  The event was attended by the faculty management, inspector of prevention of Samara State Medical University O.Eshmuratov, senior inspector for women's issues of the Department of Internal Affairs of Samarkand, senior lieutenant N.Burkhonova, inspector for women's issues of the 3rd department of the Department of Internal Affairs of Samarkand lieutenant H.Nematova, tutors and students of the university.

  The meeting was opened by the dean's advisor on women's issues G.Tursunova, associate professor of the department of pedagogy and psychology O.Oltiboeva and O.Eshmuratov, who told the participants about the purpose of the meeting and the significance of the issues raised at it. The speakers, representatives of the Internal Affairs Department N.Burkhonova and H.Nematova, spoke about the work being done to promptly inform the relevant authorities about any type of pressure or violence, emphasized the importance of preventive work among students to prevent cases of suicide among women, and also answered all the questions asked by the participants.
