On November 26, employees of the Samarkand provincial department of internal affairs held a meeting “Friday - Day of the promotion of road safety”, dedicated to the rules of the road, at the Samarkand State Medical Institute.

  During the meeting the rules of the road, the movement of pedestrians and vehicles, accidents on the roads were explained in detail to the teachers and students of Samarkand State Medical Institute, the need for correct and complete study of the rules was emphasized to them. Booklets on road safety and observing the rules were handed out to the participants. A video which covers the importance of road safety and the tragic accidents which may occur due to lack of vigilance was also shown. Special attention was given to prevention of accidents.

  Participants received detailed answers to all questions and suggestions.
