Abstract

Surunkali jigar kasalliklari bilan xastalangan bemorlarda jigar fibrozini baholashda ultratovush jigar elastometriyasining diagnostik ahamiyatini aniqlash muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Turli etiologiyali jigarkasallilari bilan kasallangan 96 bemorda jigar fibrozi darajasini baholashda ultratovushli elastometriya ko`rsatkichlari tahlil qilindi. Metavir tizimi bo`yicha jigar fibrozi baholandi.Virus etiologiyali jigar kasalliklarida ultratovushli elastometriya natijalarini Metavir tizimi bo`yicha baholashda bu usulning diagnostik aniqligi 91% ni, sezgirligi 100% ni tashkil qiladi. Alkogolsiz yog`li jigar kasallilari bilan xastalangan bemorlar uchun bu usulning sezgirligi nisbatan pastligi aniqlangan. Surunkali jigar kasalliklarida ultratovushli elastometriya fibroz darajasini aniqlashga imkon beradi.
