Medical Examinations in Koshrabad

  Another planned screening medical examination was conducted by qualified specialists of Samarkand State Medical Institute in Boki Chigatai village, which belongs to the Family Polyclinic of Shovona township, at Koshrabad district. A surgeon, therapist, endocrinologist, neurosurgeon, ultrasound specialist, oncologist, gynecologist, ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, and pediatrician participated in the medical examination.

  During the visit 304 people were examined, 23 of them were referred to the district hospital and 8 - to the regional hospital. Severe and bed-ridden patients were examined at home. In addition, open classes were organized for pupils at a nearby school.
