Science club

  

  Student research in the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management is conducted through meetings of the "Young Organizers" student research club, as well as in neighboring and distant countries, in other regions of the Republic, and at Samarkand State Medical University. Research is also conducted through individual online industry meetings and offline participation in international and national student research and practical conferences. Current issues in social sciences and humanities are addressed for national student research competitions, including analysis of morbidity rates related to population health in modern medicine, assessment of socioeconomic indicators in the study of demography, statistical quantities and calculation methods, and clinical epidemiology. Research on healthy lifestyles and healthcare management and marketing is also conducted.

  All senior and junior students interested in medical knowledge, including statistics, management and organizational processes in healthcare, and various issues related to social insurance, medical insurance, clinical epidemiology, healthy lifestyles, and health risk factors, are invited to collaborate with our department, and the achievements of members of our research circle are welcomed.

  Mamasolieva Shokhista Abdugapparovna , a senior lecturer responsible for the activities of the circle, is currently the author of more than 60 scientific articles and dissertations.

In the 2025-2026 academic year, Tosharova Munisa Abdisattor , head of the student scientific circle "Young Organizers" of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare Management, is a 5th-year student of the Faculty of Pediatrics, Group 525. She is a participant in various Olympiads and an Olympiad nominee, the author of scientific articles, and a 2nd-degree diploma winner of a conference held at TTA. Her daughter , pediatrics, 5th-grade Faculty, Group 525, participated in the student Olympiad, a scientist, author and co-author of articles and dissertations, held a 1st and 2nd-degree conference diploma under the auspices of TTA.
