The safety of foreign students studying in higher educational universities located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is fully protected by the Constitution and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign students are obliged to comply with the Constitution and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
