Morally and educational work of the department

Caring for the younger generation and striving to raise healthy, well-rounded individuals is one of the hallmarks of the Uzbek national character. Under the guidance of their supervisors, students of the faculty actively participate in social events, organize cultural activities, and visit historical monuments and landmarks of Samarkand, theaters, and museums.

Much attention is paid to physical education and sports. Students attend sports sections in swimming, tennis, chess, football, basketball, volleyball, national wrestling, martial arts, and track and field, which operate at the institute's sports complex. They actively participate in both regional and national sports competitions.

The department's faculty and students are familiar with the works and speeches of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, decrees and decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers, as well as spiritual and educational work aimed at educating the mature generation and enhancing and improving the universal, national, and spiritual worldview of young people. The department's spiritual and educational work is conducted based on an approved plan. This work is coordinated and organized by Senior Lecturer F.Kh. Mamatkulova, who is responsible for this work.

The department's staff work is aimed at successfully implementing and developing constructive reforms in the republic and promoting a healthy lifestyle among students. Mentors from the department's staff contribute to the development of political and legal awareness among students and strive to inform them about socio-political and creative events taking place in the republic and abroad.

The department staff organizes events to foster student interest in the history of our country's development, the specifics of national traditions, culture, music, painting, literature, theater, and other arts, and to develop their talents.

In addition, the department promotes physical fitness among students and widely supports achievements in the field of sports.

Considering the growing demand for knowledge and skills in modern computer technology, the department's staff has identified talented students with computer technology skills and the ability to effectively use the internet, and promotes their further development among the general public and young people. Each year, at the end of the academic year, graduates are interviewed and their employment information is collected.
