Иммун тизимнинг марказий аъзоси тимус ва периферик аъзоси талоқда микобактериал таъсир натижаси-да юзага келадиган морфологик ва морфофункционал ўзгаришлар замонавий тиббиёт морфологиясининг долзарб муаммоларидан биридир. Микобактериялар сақловчи Фрейнднинг тўлиқ адъюванти (CFA) сурункали иммун-яллиғланиш жараёнларини моделлаштиришнинг классик воситаси бўлиб, у лимфоид аъзоларда яққол қайта қурилишни келтириб чиқаради. Мазкур адабиётлар шарҳида Фрейнд адъюванти микобактериялари-нинг тимус ва талоқ гистоморфологик тузилиши ҳамда функционал ҳолатига таъсири, шунингдек бу таъсирнинг иммунопатогенетик, апоптотик ва морфометрик механизмлари умумлаштирилган. Шарҳда тимусдаги акцидентал инволюция, тимоцитлар апоптози, талоқда гранулематоз реакция, оқ ва қизил пуль-панинг қайта тузилиши, CD3, CD20, CD68 ва Caspase-3 иммуногистокимёвий маркёрлари, ёшга боғлиқ реак-тивлик ҳамда тимус–талоқ ўзаро алоқадорлиги каби замонавий йўналишлар кўриб чиқилган.
