Совершенствование организации медицинской помощи пациентам с ревматоидным артритом и анемией на основе фенотипирования (106-110)

В исследовании обследованы 214 пациентов с ревматоидным артритом. Проведены клинические, лабораторные, иммунологические и феррокинетические исследования с определением гаптоглобиновых фенотипов. Оценивались показатели гемоглобина, ферритина, трансферрина, сывороточного железа, С-реактивного белка и антител к циклическому цитруллинированному пептиду. Установлена зависимость тяжести анемии и активности заболевания от гаптоглобинового фенотипа. У пациентов с фенотипом Hp 2-2 выявлено более тяжелое течение заболевания и высокая воспалительная активность. Разработаны подходы к ранней диагностике и персонализированному лечению. Включение гаптоглобинового фенотипирования повышает эффективность диагностики и лечения, улучшая прогноз заболевания.
