RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CHOLECYSTOCHOLEDOCHOLITHIASIS BY LAPAROENDOSCOPIC METHOD (20-26)

Annotatsiya
The study included 107 patients with acute cholecystitis and cholangitis associated with cholecystocholedocho-lithiasis. In patients with calculous cholecystitis and choledocholithiasis, hybrid surgeries using the proposed im-proved single-stage laparoscopic cholecystectomy with assisted endoscopic spinal tapping (EPS) using the Rendez-vous technique and choledocholithoextraction are advisable. The improved laparoscopic cholecystectomy tech-nique with assisted endoscopic spinal tapping (EPS) is effective in 87.9% of patients with an average risk of chole-docholithiasis, which is 18.9% higher than traditional endoscopic spinal tapping (EPS), p = 0.035, and is accom-panied by a 17.7% lower incidence of EPSS-associated complications, p = 0.017.
