Annotatsiya
Ушбу тадқиқотда подагра билан касалланган беморларда буйрак функцияси ва клиник ҳолати баҳоланди. Беморлар 3 гуруҳга ажратилди: ички аъзолари шикастланмаганлар, жигар ва буйраги шикастланганлар ҳамда фақат буйраги шикастланганлар. Биокимёвий ва лаборатор кўрсаткичлар, УТТ ва умумий сийдик таҳлили натижалари асосида подагра касаллигининг коморбид ҳолатларга, хусусан, нефропатияга таъсири таҳлил қилинди. Артериал гипертония, уратурия, протеинурия, сийдик тош касалликлари, лейкоцитурия ва гематурия ҳолатлари юқори учраш частотасида қайд этилди. Текширув натижалари гиперурикемияга қарши гипоурикемик терапия ва турмуш тарзини ўзгартириш зарурлигини кўрсатади.
