The article is devoted to the factors contributing to the development of gastroduodenal bleeding, which is one of the main problems of modern medicine and surgery. The article provides general information about the causes of bleeding from gastric and duodenal ulcers, the features of their development, etiopathogenetic approaches to conservative treatment.
