BOLALARDA PNEVMONIYANING KECHISH XUSUSIYATLARI (10-13)

Pnevmoniya o‘pka parenximasining o‘tkir yuqumli kasalligi bo‘lib, uni viruslar, bakteriyalar va zamburug‘lar keltirib chiqaradi. Kasallikning oldini olishda immunizatsiya (emlash), yetarli va muvozanatli ovqatlanish hamda salbiy ekologik omillarni kamaytirish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Bakterial pnevmoniyalar antibiotiklar bilan samarali davolanishiga qaramay, pnevmoniya bilan kasallangan bolalarning atigi 30 foizi zarur bo‘lgan antibiotik terapiyasini oladi. Nafas olish tizimi kasalliklari orasida pnevmoniya butun dunyo bo‘yicha besh yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar o‘limining yetakchi sabablaridan biri hisoblanadi. Har yili ushbu kasallik tufayli taxminan 1,1 million nafar bola hayotdan ko‘z yumadi. Pnevmoniya global miqyosda keng tarqalgan bo‘lib, uni oddiy profilaktik choralar orqali oldini olish mumkin. Kasallik erta aniqlanib, bemor bolalar o‘z vaqtida shifoxonaga yotqizilib, to‘g‘ri parvarish qilinsa, oddiy va nisbatan arzon dori vositalari yordamida muvaffaqiyatli davolanadi.
