В статье представлены результаты комплексного клинико-психопатологического обследования 92 паци ентов с хронической болезнью почек (ХБП), получающих заместительную почечную терапию (ЗПТ). Исследо вание проводилось на базе Республиканского специализированного научно-практического медицинского цен тра нефрологии и трансплантации почки Министерства здравоохранения Республики Узбекистан. Установле но, что психические расстройства выявляются у подавляющего большинства пациентов данной группы и ха рактеризуются значительным клиническим полиморфизмом. Преобладающими психопатологическими син дромами являлись депрессивные, тревожные и когнитивные нарушения, выраженность которых коррелирова ла с длительностью ЗПТ, степенью уремической интоксикации и соматическим статусом больных. Получен ные данные обосновывают необходимость систематического психиатрического мониторинга пациентов с ХБП в рамках мультидисциплинарного подхода.
