Annotatsiya
The article presents the results of a study on the effectiveness of non-invasive diagnostic and therapeutic programs aimed at improving the quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis (UC). The study included 90 patients: the first group (n=50) underwent fecal lactoferrin determination using a specialized method, which allowed for individualized adjustment of treatment strategies, while the second group (n=40) received standard diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The effectiveness of the proposed program was evaluated using the SF-36 questionnaire. The results demonstrated high clinical effectiveness of a comprehensive diagnostic approach in patients with UC. The practical significance of the study lies in providing a foundation for the development of new, more effective methods for patient diagnosis and management.
