Annotatsiya

В обзоре рассмотрены современные подходы к хирургическому лечению язвенного колита, включая лапароскопически-ассистируемые вмешательства, лапароскопическую резекцию с ручной ассистенцией (HALS - Hand-Assisted Laparoscopic Surgery, ручная ассистенция при лапароскопии), тотальную лапароскопическую IPAA (IleoPouch-Anal Anastomosis, т.е. илеоанальный резервуарный анастомоз) и тран-санальные методы. Отмечены преимущества малоин-вазивной хирургии: снижение операционной травмы, сокращение послеоперационной боли, уменьшение сро-ков госпитализации и сохранение функциональных ре-зультатов. Обсуждаются показания, технические особенности, потенциальные осложнения и влияние на качество жизни пациентов. Представлены современ-ные тенденции в развитии технологий, включая робо-тизированные и однопортовые подходы.
