Annotatsiya

Переломы блока плечевой кости относятся к числу редких повреждений у детей и часто сопровождаются диагностическими ошибками. Недо-оценка тяжести травмы и консервативное ведение приводят к формированию застарелых переломов и контрактур локтевого сустава. Настоящее исследо-вание посвящено анализу 21 клинического наблюдения. Установлено, что ведущими факторами контрактуры являются нарушение суставной поверхности, сме-щение и поворот отломка, образование неоартроза, а также вторичные изменения мягких тканей. Опреде-лены характерные рентгенологические признаки («уд-военный эпифиз», симптом Тер-Егиазарова, «клюв птицы»).
