СЕКРЕТОРНЫЕ МАРКЕРЫ СЛЮНЫ И МИКРОЦИРКУЛЯЦИЯ ДЕСНЫ КАК КРИТЕРИИ РИСКА ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ ПАРОДОНТА У БОЛЬНЫХ СО ЗЛОКАЧЕСТВЕННЫМИ НОВООБРАЗОВАНИЯМИ (35-43)

Аннотация

Цель исследования — оценить клинико-лабораторные признаки риска заболеваний пародонта у боль ных со злокачественными новообразованиями на фоне противоопухолевой терапии и обосновать эффектив ность превентивного стоматологического алгоритма. Обследованы 103 онкологических пациента и 20 практи чески здоровых добровольцев. Оценивали стоматологический статус, концентрации IgA, лизоцима, лактоферрина, нитратов и нитритов, C3-компонента комплемента в слюне, а также показатель микроциркуляции десны методом лазерной допплеровской флоуметрии. У онкологических больных выявлены снижение локальной иммунной защиты, усиление воспалительной активности и нарушение микроциркуляции. Противоопухолевая терапия усугубляла эти изменения. Предварительный стоматологический скрининг и профилактическое лечение снижали частоту патологии пародонта, уменьшали амплитуду иммуновоспалительных и микроциркуляторных нарушений. Разработанный алгоритм позволяет предотвратить один случай патологии пародонта на каждые 7 пациентов.
