ПОСТОПЕРАЦИОННЫЕ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЯ АДЕНОТОНЗИЛЛОТОМИИ: ЧАСТОТА И ПРОФИЛАКТИКА (501-506)

Аннотация

Аденотонзиллотомия является одной из наиболее часто выполняемых хирургических процедур в дет-ской оториноларингологии. Несмотря на высокую эффективность операции в лечении обструктивных расстройств дыхательных путей, риск развития послеоперационных осложнений остается значи-мым. Наиболее распространёнными осложнениями являются кровотечения, инфекции, нарушение дыха-ния и формирование рубцовых изменений. В статье представлен обзор современной литературы по ча-стоте возникновения осложнений после аденотон-зиллотомии, а также рассмотрены эффективные методы их профилактики, включая предоперацион-ную подготовку, использование современных хирур-гических технологий и мультидисциплинарный под-ход к ведению пациентов. Особое внимание уделено новым перспективным стратегиям, направленным на снижение риска послеоперационных кровотече-ний и улучшение исходов лечения.
