Аннотация

Остеоартроз (ОА) таянч харакатланиш тизимининг энг кенг тарқалган яллиғланиш ва дегенератив касалликларидан бири бўлиб, беморларнинг ҳаёт сифатига сезиларли таъсир кўрсатади, бу доимий оғриқлар, ҳаракатчанликнинг чекланганлиги ва кейинчалик беморларда ногиронликнинг ривожланиши билан боғлиқ. Чаноқ сон бўгими остеоартрози - сурункали дегенератив патология бўлиб, бўғимнинг секинлик билан тўқималарининг тизимли яхлитлигини босқичма-босқич бузиш билан тавсифланади, бу эсадоимий оғриқ ва ҳаракат чекланишига олиб келади. ОА нинг энг кенг тарқалган шакли тизза бўгимини зарарлашидир (тахминан 360 миллион кишида аниқланган) Беморларнинг кўпчилигида ОА касалликнинг ўртача ёки оғир даражасининг мавжудлиги билан тавсифланади, бу эса яхши натижаларга эришиш учун реабилитация қилиш заруратини белгилайди.
