ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЕ МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯ У ЛАБОРАТОРНЫХ ЖИВОТНЫХ С ПОМОЩЬЮ АДЪЮВАНТА ФРЕЙНДА: МЕТОДОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АЛГОРИТМ (541-545)

Аннотация
Содержащий микобактерии полный адъювант Фрейнда (CFA) является классическим инструмен-том моделирования хронических и аутоиммунных воспалительных заболеваний у лабораторных жи-вотных. В настоящей статье на основе современной литературы систематизирована методология экс-периментального воспроизведения заболевания с помощью адъюванта Фрейнда и предложен чёткий пошаговый методологический алгоритм (блок-схема) этого процесса. Алгоритм охватывает эта-пы планирования исследования, выбора животных и обоснования их числа, приготовления антиген-адъювантной эмульсии, схемы иммунизации, мони-торинга развития заболевания, забора материала и верификации модели по морфологическим, иммуно-гистохимическим и гормональным критериям. В статье также освещены иммунобиологические ос-новы модели, биоэтические требования (принципы 3R, Директива 2010/63/EU), вопросы стандартиза-ции и воспроизводимости.
