СОН СУЯГИ БОШЧАСИ АВАСКУЛЯР НЕКРОЗИДА ХАВФ ОМИЛЛАРИ ВА КЛИНИК-БИОКИМЁВИЙ ЎЗГАРИШЛАР (299-303)

Аннотация

Сон суяги бошчаси аваскуляр некрози (ССБАН) билан хасталанган беморларда касаллик ривожланишига таъсир этувчи ижтимоий-гигиеник, клиник ва биокимёвий хавф омилларини аниқлаш ва баҳолаш. Тадқиқот-га 160 нафар бемор жалб қилинди. Улар назорат (n=32), аломатсиз босқич (n=66) ва эрта симптомли босқич (n=62) гуруҳларига ажратилди. Беморларда турмуш тарзи, ҳамроҳ касалликлар ва лаборатор-биокимёвий кўрсаткичлар (глюкоза, HbA1c, СРО, микроэлементлар, витаминлар ва липид спектри) таҳлил қилинди. ССБАН кўпроқ 60 ёшдан юқори беморларда учради. Эрта симптомли босқичда аёллар улуши юқори бўлди. Тана вазни индекси касаллик оғирлашиши билан ортди (22,4 → 34,9). Асосий хавф омиллари: артериал гипертензия (40,6%), дислипидемия (26,9%), гипергликемия, витамин D танқислиги (>80%), фолат кислота-си етишмовчилиги (90,3%). СРО ошиши (38,7%) яллиғланишнинг муҳим ролини кўрсатди. Гипокальциемия, гиперфосфатемия ва гипертриглицериде мия касаллик оғирлашиши билан боғлиқ экани аниқланди. ССБАН кўп омилли касаллик бўлиб, метаболик, яллиғланиш ва минерал алмашинув бузилишлари унинг ривожланишида муҳим аҳамиятга эга. Аниқланган кўрсаткичлар диагностик ва прогностик аҳамиятга эга бўлиб, эрта про-филактика ва шахсийлаштирилган терапия учун асос бўлади.
