Аннотация

МАО-В ингибиторлари дофаминнинг парчаланиш жараёнини тўхтатиш орқали синаптик бўшлиқда унинг концентрациясини оширади, оксидловчи стресс даражасини пасайтиради ва допаминергик нейронларни ҳимоя қилувчи нейропротектив таъсир кўрсатади. Паркинсон касаллигининг бошланғич даврларида ушбу препаратлар монотерапия сифатида самарали қўлланилса, касалликнинг ривожланган босқичларида леводопа билан биргаликда қўлланилиши брадикинезия, мушак ригидлиги ва тремор каби асосий мотор бузилишларнинг камайишига олиб келади. Шу билан бирга, МАО-В ингибиторлари касаллик прогрессиясини секинлаштириш салоҳиятига эга бўлган патогенетик йўналишдаги даволаш воситалари сифатида муҳим аҳамиятга эгадир.
