ПАРКИНСОН КАСАЛЛИГИНИНГ ПАТОГЕНЕЗИДА ТИРЕОИД ГОРМОНЛАР ВА ИЧАК МИКРОБИОТАСИ ЎРТАСИДАГИ ЎЗАРО БОҒЛИҚЛИКНИ ҲАМДА УЛАРНИНГ КЛИНИК АҲАМИЯТИНИ БАҲОЛАШ (87-91)

Аннотация

Гипертиреоз тиреоид гормонлари орқали дофамин метаболизмига таъсир этиб, ПК патогенезини тезлаштириши мумкинлигини кўрсатди. Ичак микробиотасининг бузилиши, айниқса Streptococcus mutans кўпайиши, ImP орқали митохондриал стресс ва α-синуклеин агрегациясини кучайтиради. Ичак микробиотасидаги Streptococcus mutans кўпайиши ImP даражасини оширади ва дофаминергик нейронларга токсик таъсир кўрсатади. ПК патогенезини баҳолашда эндокрин ва микробиота кўрсаткичларини биргаликда таҳлил қилиш муҳим.
