Abstract

Мақолада нейроинфекциялар болалар юқумли касалликлари орасида етакчи ўринлардан бирини эгаллаши ҳамда нейроинфекциялардан сўнг болаларнинг ярмида нохуш оқибатлар келиб чиқиши, яъани органик аломатлар билан ногиронлик келиб чиқиши хақида батафсил ёзилган. Шуниндек, марказий асаб тизими тузилмаларининг бир қисми патоген омиллар таъсирига кўпроқ мойил бўлиши, асаб тизими фаолиятида муҳим аҳамиятга эга эканлиги, бола ёшига боғлиқ бош мия ривожланишига боғлиқлиги ёритилган. Мақолада нейроинфекциялардан сўнг ривожланадиган ногиронликнинг асосий сабаблари, хавф омиллари, болалар саломатлигини муҳофаза қилиш тизимининг асосий муаммолари бўлган болалар ногиронлигининг олдини олиш чоралари кўрсатилган. Ногиронликка олиб келадиган нейроинфекцияларни эрта аниқлаш ва олдини олишнинг энг самарали чора-тадбирларидан бири сифатида кам учрайдиган нейроинфекциялар реестри, шунингдек, нейроинфекциялар реабилитацияси батафсил ёритилган.
