Abstract

Мақолада энергетик ичимликлар, энергетик ичимликлар таркиби ва алоҳида компонентларга таъсири ҳақида умумий маълумотлар келтирилган. ЭН нинг ножўя таъсири ҳақида адабиётларда жуда кам маълумотлар нашр этилган ва уларга хозирда ноёб ҳисобот кодлари тайинланган, шунинг учун эндиликда уларнинг токсиклигини кузатиш имконияти мавжуд. Хусусан, кофеинли энергетик ичимликлар ва уларнинг таркибий қисмлари истеъмол қилиш, кайфият ва неврологик ҳолатга таъсир қилиши, юрак-қон томир касалликларини ривожланишига ва ошқозон-ичак трактида ҳамда организимда сезиларли метаболик таъсирга олиб келадиган ўзгаришларни келтириб чиқариши исботланган.
