Abstract
Данная статья посвящена актуальной проблеме — особенностям изменчивости кишечной микробиоты у детей при патологии желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ) неинфекционного генеза, что представляет собой одно из приоритетных направлений современной детской гастроэнтерологии. Несмотря на важность микробиоты как интегрального звена гомеостаза, в практической педиатрии её роль при терапии таких заболеваний часто недооценивается, особенно при назначении медикаментозных препаратов. Это нередко приводит к развитию функ-циональных нарушений кишечника, ошибочно расцениваемых как самостоятельная патология. В ходе работы проанализировано свыше 200 публикаций отечественных и зарубежных исследователей за последние 10 лет, посвящённых динамике и клиническим аспектам микробиоты кишечника у детей с неинфекционными заболеваниями ЖКТ различного происхождения. Особое внимание уделено патогенетическим механизмам, влиянию фармакологических агентов на микробный пейзаж.
