Abstract

В обзоре представлено, что в настоящее время имеется ряд нерешённых вопросов, касающихся тактики хирургического лечения тяжелого острого панкреатита: - определение чётких показаний и противопоказаний для проведения миниинвазивных и открытых оперативных вмешательств; обоснование тактики хирургического лечения в ранней стадии ТОП; выявление оптимальных подходов к проведению оперативного вмешательства при развитии гнойно-септических осложнений в поздней стадии ТОП. Решение вышеперечисленных актуальных задач позволит улучшить результаты лечения ТОП, снизить частоту послеоперационных осложнений и увеличить выживаемость среди больных тяжелым острым панкреатитом.
