Abstract

В данной статье представлен обзор литературных данных о мочеточниковых стентах. Исторические аспекты их появления, предназначения. Современные применяемые стенты в урологии рассмотрены с учетом положительных и отрицательных свойств. Технология изготовления стентов продолжает прогрессировать в направлении уменьшения осложнений и дискомфорта для пациентов. Особый интерес представляют магниевые сплавы, которые стали превосходными материалами благодаря своей биоразлагаемости и антибактериальной активности. В статье также рассматриваются перспективные направления в создании стентов нового поколения.
