Abstract
Замонавий акушерлик ва педиатрия муаммолари орасида муддатдан олдинги туғруқ асосий ўринлардан бирини эгаллайди. Aммо қоғоноқ сувларининг вақтидан олдин кетиши туғруқни муддатидан олдин бошланишининг асосий сабабларидан бири бўлиб ҳисобланади. Туғилиш биомеханикасида амниотик суюқлик муҳим рол ўйнайди ва ҳомиланинг ҳолати учун катта физиологик аҳамиятга эга, чунки амниотик суюқлик ҳомиланинг эркин ривожланиши ва ҳаракатланиши учун шароит яратади, шунингдек, ривожланаётган ҳомилани салбий таъсирлардан ҳимоя қилади. Муддатдан олдин қоғоноқ сувининг кетиши 2,7-17% ҳолларда учрайди. Муддатдан олдин қоғоноқ сувининг кетиши муддатдан олдин туғилиш ҳолатларининг 30-56% гача бўлган ҳолатлар билан бирга келади.
