Abstract

Представлен обзор литературы, раскрывающий значение аутоиммунных заболеваний в патогенезе преждевременной недостаточности яичников. В настоящее время причины развития заболевания до конца не установлены, но до 30% случаев связаны с аутоиммунными заболеваниями, специфичными для различных органов.
