Abstract

Жигар циррози - бутун дунё бўйича соғлиқни сақлаш тизимининг асосий муаммоларидан бири бўлиб, жигар структурасининг ўзгариши, тугунлар ҳосил бўлиши хамда қайтмас ўзгаришлар юз бериши билан характерланади. Касалликнинг кечиши ва оғирлиги жигар паренхимасида функция бажарувчи ҳужайралар миқдорига боғлиқ бўлиб, портал гипертензиянинг ривожланиши, жигар вазифасининг бузилишига олиб келади.
