Abstract

A case of familial differentiated thyroid cancer registered in the Republican Specialised Scientific and Practical Medical Centre of Endocrinology named after acad. Y.Kh. Turakulov is presented. Papillary thyroid cancer was diagnosed in a sister and a brother at a young age. The disease was characterized by small size of nodes in the thyroid gland, a multifocal lesion and the presence of metastases in the regional lymph nodes.
