Abstract

ANNOTATION In this article, the Samarkand branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medicine conducted a clinical study of patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction in the first 12 hours and hospitalized 12 hours after the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. In the course of the work, comparative analyzes were carried out based on the results of laboratory and instrumental studies in the stages of the disease. The efficacy and survival of patients admitted to the emergency department with a combination of drug and thrombolytic therapy in patients who were admitted to the hospital in a timely and late manner again turned out to be high.
