Abstract

We examined 100 women aged 25-49 years who initially applied to the scientific and consulting polyclinic of RSSPMC A&G MzRU divided into 2 subgroups: 53 patients with moderate severity and 47 women with moderate severity of cervical MPE dysplasia. The control group consists of 105 conditionally healthy women. As a result of the association analysis, a significant factor of polymorphism 66 A>G of the MTRR gene was identified as genetic factors predisposing to an increased risk of developing cervical MPE dysplasia. The revealed results indicate the presence of significant frequencies in the distribution of the allele frequency of the 66 A>G polymorphism of the MTRR gene in groups of patients with mild and moderate severity of cervical MPE and in the control sample. Data were obtained on the presence of the influence of the 66 A>G polymorphism of the MTRR gene on the development of cervical MPE dysplasia in women of reproductive age, which plays an important role in revealing the genetic structure and forming the mechanism of epithelial lesions of the cervix.

Key words

Key words: dysplasia of the stratified squamous epithelium of the cervix; cervical intraepithelial neoplasia; cervical cancer; polymorphism 66 A>G of the MTRR gene.
