Abstract

Maqolada parodont kasalligi va SARS-CoV-2 ning tanadagi tarqalishi o'rtasidagi mumkin bo'lgan bog'liqlik tasvirlangan. COVID-19 pandemiyasiga samarali qarshi turish uchun nafaqat favqulodda profilaktika va xavfsizlik choralarini koʻrish, balki COVID-musbat holati boʻlgan bemorlarda virusning mumkin boʻlgan rezervuarlarini aniqlash, shuningdek, potentsial infeksiya tarqalishini kamaytirish juda muhim. COVID bilan kasallangan bemorlarni parodont kasalligini davolashda parodont cho'ntaklardagi virusli rezervuarni kamaytirishga qaratilgan yo'nalishlaridan biri deb hisoblash mumkin. Faol parodontalogik davolashda furin va katepsin-L ekspressiyasini kamaytirishi mumkin, bu SARS-CoV-2 ning hujayralarni yuqtirish qobiliyatini kamaytiradi.

Key words
