Abstract
Ushbu sharhda ko'plab randomizatsiyalangan va bitta ko'r-ko'rona tadqiqotlar asosida yallig'lanishli periodontal kasalliklarning yurak tomirlari kasalligi, xususan, o'tkir koronar sindrom (AKS) bilan bog'liqligi aniqlandi. Xususan, yallig'lanishga qarshi sitokinlar - C-reaktiv oqsil, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-a ning periodontitda yallig'lanish jarayonini ushlab turish va koronar arteriya kasalligining rivojlanishidagi roli ko'rsatilgan.
