Abstract

Ankilozlovchi spondiloartrit (AS) erta yoshda namoyon bo‘luvchi, asosan, erkaklarni shikastlaydigan surunkali revmatik kasallik hisoblanadi. ASning dolzarbligi shundaki, kasallik diagnostikasining kechikishi, hamda uning periferik va aksial shakllari ko‘pchilik hollarda birga kelishi, tashxis qo‘yishdagi qiyinchiliklarga va davo samaradorligiga o‘z ta’sirini ko‘rsatadi. ASda suyak to‘qimasida yallig‘lanish va yangi suyaklanish jarayonlari ketma-ket sodir bo‘ladi. Bugungi kunda tibbiyotda AS kasalligidagi rivojlangan faol suyaklanish jarayonini to‘xtatishning muqobil davosi mavjudmasligi sababli, kasallikni erta bosqichlarda davolash, yangi suyaklanish jarayonini oldini olishga yordam beradi. Afsuski, ushbu kasallikka tashxis qo‘yish davomiyligining uzoqligi, ASga erta bosqichda tashxis qo‘yishda muammolar borligidan dalolat beradi. Kasallikka tashxis qo‘yishda modifikatsiyalangan Nyu-York mezonlaridan foydalanish, ASning rentgenologik rivojlangan belgilari namoyon bo‘lish bosqichiga to‘g‘ri keladi. Bu bosqichda allaqachon yangi suyaklanish jarayoni boshlangan, kasallikning rentgenologik belgilari yaqqol rivojlangan bo‘ladi. Ushbu maqolada ASga tashxis qo‘yishda ASAS mezonlaridan foydalanib, ASning markaziy (aksial) va periferik shakllari bir-biriga solishtirilib o‘rganiladi. Aksial va periferik shakllari kasallik davomiyligi, faolligi, HLA-B27 geni mavjudligi va boshqa ko‘rsatkichlar bo‘yicha solishtiriladi.
