Abstract

The analyzes the results of surgical treatment of patients with various forms of cholelithiasis, complicated in the postoperative period by biliary peritonitis. Biliary peritonitis, which arose as a complication of acute destructive calculous cholecystitis and after operations for cholelithiasis, is difficult to diagnose in the early stages of bile leakage due to blurred clinical symptoms, which significantly aggravates the condition of patients by the time a bright clinical picture manifests. These data confirm the need for timely surgical correction of patients with choledocholithiasis using modern endovideosurgical technologies.

Key words

cholecystectomy, bile peritonitis, choledocholithiasis.
