Abstract

Обструктивная болезнь легких (ОБЛ) обычно указывается в литературе как доказательство в большинстве случаев вреда, вызванного курением у взрослых старше 40 лет. Без какой-либо прямой и исключительной связи с активным длительным курением, некоторые хронические обструктивные заболевания легких у детей (ОБЛ) и подростков прогрессируют с ухудшением структуры и функции легких, вызывая стойкую (фиксированную) или периодическую (временную) обструкцию легочного кровотока, вторичную генетическим изменениям и изменениям окружающей среды, вызывающим воспаление и инфекцию дыхательных путей. Действия педиатра жизненно важны для лечения ОБЛ. Клиницист должен заподозрить заболевание при наличии признаков и симптомов, чтобы поставить ранний и точный диагноз, знать факторы риска и сопутствующие заболевания, а также оценить приверженность к лечению, правильное использование назначенных лекарств и их побочные эффекты на основе тщательных исследований.
