Abstract
Psoriatik artrit (PsA) — bu surunkali tizimli yallig‘lanish kasalligi. So‘nggi o‘n yillikda maqsadli terapiyalar paydo bo‘lishi bilan bo‘g‘im va teri belgilarini nazorat qilish sezilarli darajada yaxshilandi. Shunga qaramay, PsA ko‘pincha metabolik kasalliklar, yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari (YQTK) va depressiya bilan birga kechadi. Ular ko‘pincha e’tibordan chetda qoladi yoki yetarlicha davolanmaydi, bu esa sezilarli kasallik va hatto o‘limga olib keladi. PsA bemorlarni ushbu muhim qo‘shma kasalliklarga bir qator mexanizmlar va ularning murakkab o‘zaro ta’sirlari orqali moyil qiladi, jumladan: surunkali ortiqcha ifodalangan yallig‘lanish sitokinlari, an’anaviy YQTK xavf omillarining yuqori tarqalishi, dorilar ta’siri va sezilarli psixologik yuk. Ushbu maqolada PsA bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda YQTK epidemiologiyasi, patofiziologiyasi va baholash usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Nihoyat, ushbu ko‘p qirrali kasallikni boshqarishda ko‘p tarmoqli yondashuv taqdim etiladi.
