Abstract

Витамин D относится к стероидным гормонам с эндокринным, паракринным и аутокринным эффектом. Он контролирует 3% генома, влияя на различные физиологические процессы, не ограничиваясь только костным или фосфорно-кальциевым обменом. Он активно влияет на иммунитет, воспаление, мышечную проводимость, пролиферацию, клеточный рост и апоптоз. Эти свойства привлекательны для подбора профилактической и лечебной дозы недостаточности или дефицита витамина D особенно у беременных.
