Abstract

В данной статье обсуждаются вопросы тестирования ВПЧ с помощью цитологического скрининга. Комбинация цитологии и ВПЧ тестирования считается основой скрининга. Эти методы дополняют друг друга, поскольку цитологическое исследование обладает высокой специфичностью, но низкой чувствительностью, в то время как ВПЧ тестирование, напротив, характеризуется низкой специфичностью и высокой чувствительностью.
